Centric Health Corporation Completes Acquisition of Surgical Spaces Inc.

TORONTO, Jan. 20 /CNW/ - With reference to the press release dated December 9, 2010, Centric Health Corporation ("Centric Health") (TSX: CHH), Canada's leading diversified healthcare company, today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Surgical Spaces Inc. ("Surgical Spaces") which includes two of Canada's leading ambulatory healthcare facilities, False Creek Surgical Centre in Vancouver ("FCSC") and Maples Surgical Centre in Winnipeg ("MSC") (collectively the "Centres").
