Centric Health Reports Voting Results from Annual Meeting of Shareholders

TORONTO, June 18, 2020 /CNW/ - Centric Health Corporation ("Centric Health" or "the Company") (TSX: CHH), Canada's leading provider of specialty pharmacy services to Canadian seniors, today announced that the nominees listed in the Management Information Circular for the Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting"), which was held on June 18, 2020, were elected as directors of the Company. In addition, all other resolutions put to vote at the Meeting were passed, including the proposals to change the name of the Company to "CareRx Corporation" and to consolidate the common shares of the Company.

Following the formal part of the Meeting, David Murphy, the President and Chief Executive Officer of Centric Health, delivered a brief management presentation, providing an overview of the Company following its recent acquisition of Remedy'sRx Specialty Pharmacy and highlighting recent milestones and strategies for future growth.
