Centric Health Appoints Chris Dennis Interim President of Retail/Home Medical Equipment Segment
- Mr. Dennis to Continue in Role as Chief Operating Officer of Centric

TORONTO, Jan. 13, 2014 /CNW/ - Centric Health Corporation ("Centric
Health" or "the Company") (TSX: CHH), today announced that, effectively
immediately, Mr. Chris Dennis has been appointed interim president of
the Company's Retail and Home Medical Equipment segment, which includes
its national network of Motion Specialties and MEDIchair retail stores.
Mr. Dennis will continue in his current role of Chief Operating Officer
of Centric Health. David Fraser, previously president of the Motion
Specialties subsidiary, is no longer with Centric Health.

Prior to being appointed COO of Centric Health in March, 2013, Mr.
Dennis served as president and chief executive officer of Novadent
Inc., a dental lab company, and president and chief executive officer
of Comcare Healthcare, one of Canada's largest homecare providers, both
of which were owned by Birch Hill Equity Partners. Earlier in his
career, Mr. Dennis spent 18 years with Johnson & Johnson, culminating
in the position of Global President, OrthoNeutrogena, Pharma and
Medical Devices.
