Centric Health Reports Voting Results from Annual Meeting of Shareholders

TORONTO, May 10, 2018 /CNW/ - Centric Health Corporation ("Centric Health" or "the Company") (TSX: CHH), Canada's leading diversified healthcare services company, today announced that the nominees listed in the Management Proxy Circular for the Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting"), which was held in Toronto on May 9, 2018, were elected as directors of the Company. In addition, all resolutions put to vote at the Meeting were passed. The results of the vote for the election of directors at the Meeting are as follows:
