TORONTO, May 11, 2017 /CNW/ - Centric Health Corporation ("Centric Health" or "the Company") (TSX: CHH), Canada's leading diversified healthcare services company, today announced that the nominees listed in the Management Proxy Circular for the Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting"), which was held in Toronto on May 10, 2017, were elected as Directors of the Company.
